Our inspectors are certified by the highly respected, nationwide CanNACHI organization (Canadian National Association of Certified Home Inspectors), InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and Consumer Protection BC.

We use the latest technology in detection equipment (such as moisture meters, electrical detectors, etc.). We provide a detailed verbal walk through and summary, as well as a comprehensive, narrative report which includes color digital photographs to clearly display any defects uncovered within 24 hours of the completion of the inspection.

The inspection, is a thorough examination of all the structural components (foundation, support/framing system, basement, crawl spaces, attics, chimneys, etc.) as well as checking for water seepage, the ventilation, insulation, and a full inspection of the garage and/or other detached structures (sheds, etc.). As a result, the inspection does take between 3-5 hours depending on the size and location of the property and residence. We also test and inspect all of the mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical and heating).

All of the interior and exterior components are carefully checked including roofing, siding, soffits, downspouts & gutters, windows, doors, decks, stoops, patios, walls, floors, ceilings, etc.
Our clients are welcome to attend the inspection and will be provided with a verbal report at time of inspection. Our friendly, knowledgeable inspectors will take the time to answer your questions and will keep all information confidential to you.
